Our recreational slo-pitch league
The Gabriola Softball Association proudly offers a single, vibrant recreational slo-pitch league designed for adult players. Our co-ed league provides a fantastic opportunity for individuals aged 16 and older to enjoy the game in a friendly and supportive environment.
Who can play?
Our slo-pitch league is open to co-ed teams with players aged 16 years and older. All skill levels are welcome, from seasoned veterans to those new to the game.
Competitive level
This is a recreational level league, focusing on fun and participation rather than intense competition. We currently have 6 teams, fostering a great community spirit.

League season overview
The regular season for our slo-pitch league typically runs from April until June. Playoffs are an exciting highlight, usually taking place in the first two weeks of July, where teams compete for the league championship.
Joining a team
We operate on a co-ed 6/4 format. Teams need a minimum of 4 male and 4 female players with a total roster size of 10 to register a team. Our league currently has 6 teams, each with 10-18 players. New teams are always welcome! To register a new team, please announce your intent to play via email by March 1st.
